We want you to love your Eco Linker jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within thirty days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Specialized custom orders or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all your returns.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and jewelry details. Once we receive and inspect your returned piece, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within ten business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account after we have issued the refund from our system. We appreciate your patience and your support for sustainable style.
Eligible Items and Conditions Tea
All items must be returned in their original jewelry boxes to ensure protection during transit. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or resizing by a jeweler other than Eco Linker will not be accepted for return or exchange.
